well oiled business

Jerry said, [about a hotel to a manager] "This feels like a well oiled
machine."

The man said, "It is. There are a lot of very dedicated people."

Jerry said, "I always like seeing something like this that is working so
well when there is no owner present."

The owner of this hotel is not back there witnessing or organizing. He's
holding a vision of what he is wanting. And other people are finding their
place within it.

And that's the thing we think would make for the best structure in any
organization. Understanding that everyone is different, and letting Law of
Attraction help them find their place within the structure, rather than
trying to dictate it. Don't try to take the managerial role of Law of
Attraction.

You just keep setting your sights on what you want to achieve and trust Law
of Attraction will bring those.

You see, there are people who would not know what to do if they did not have
some schedule to follow. There are a lot of people who've never heard the
call of Source consciously. So they don't know it.

It works better for them to hear someone else say, "This is what you need
to do and this is when you need to do it."

And of course, we're rooting for everyone eventually hearing the call of
Source on a regular basis.
